Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of credits used to run simulations on PredictAible, a digital service published by NeMMi Group (SASU). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

PredictAible is a digital service. Purchases are for prepaid credits via one-time payments (not a subscription). Credits are debited when a simulation runs, depending on the chosen size. Credits have no monetary value outside the service and are non-refundable once consumed.

Credit pack prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding tax (ex-VAT). Any applicable VAT is calculated and added automatically at checkout, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the buyer's status (business or consumer, country). Exact amounts and pack contents are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout; they are not fixed in this document.

Payment is made online through our payment provider Stripe. No card data is stored by PredictAible. The order is confirmed once payment is validated, and the corresponding credits are added to your account.

Credits are made available immediately after payment confirmation, and the service (running a simulation) is delivered as soon as you trigger it. This is digital content supplied immediately.

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose that right. By purchasing credits and/or launching a simulation, the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal for consumed credits. Purchased but unused credits are not refundable in cash; they do not expire and remain usable on your account for any simulation.

Credits already consumed by running a simulation are non-refundable. In the event of a technical failure attributable to the service that prevents a report from being produced, no credit is consumed: the reservation is released automatically and the credits remain available on your account.

Simulation participants are synthetic personas generated by artificial intelligence, not real people and not real customers. The results are not a representative survey, not market research among real people, and not a guaranteed prediction of real market or individual behaviour. They are produced by language models and may contain errors, bias or approximations. They are provided for informational and exploratory purposes, to inform your own thinking, and they replace neither your judgement nor research conducted with real people.

PredictAible provides AI-agent-generated analysis and perspectives for informational purposes. Results are indicative and do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of simulations. The service is provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to the statutory guarantees applicable to consumers.

For any complaint, contact our support first at the address given in the legal notice. If you purchased as a consumer, you may use the consumer mediation scheme provided by articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; the appointment of a mediator is in progress and their details will be published on this page.

These Terms are governed by French law; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts. The English version prevails; the French and Russian translations are provided for convenience only.
